傳統的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流、電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)互感器(qi)是(shi)利用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁感應原(yuan)理(li)對(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流、電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)進行測(ce)量(liang)的(de)(de)特種變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi),提供的(de)(de)是(shi)物(wu)理(li)量(liang)或模(mo)擬(ni)量(liang)。霍爾(er)(er)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)流傳感器(qi)是(shi)利用(yong)霍爾(er)(er)效應的(de)(de)原(yuan)理(li)對(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)流、功率、頻(pin)率、阻抗或波形等電(dian)(dian)(dian)參數方(fang)面進行測(ce)量(liang)。與光電(dian)(dian)(dian)技(ji)術及數字(zi)技(ji)術結合(he)可實現對(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)參數的(de)(de)數字(zi)化控(kong)制,是(shi)今后的(de)(de)發展方(fang)向(xiang)。
霍(huo)爾(er)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)傳感(gan)(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),直流(liu)(liu)和(he)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)都(dou)可(ke)(ke)以測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)量,普通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)互(hu)感(gan)(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)只能測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)量交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),普通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)互(hu)感(gan)(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),使用(yong)時,二次側不能開路(lu)(lu),霍(huo)爾(er)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)傳感(gan)(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)可(ke)(ke)以開路(lu)(lu)。霍(huo)爾(er)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)傳感(gan)(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)輸出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓與(yu)流(liu)(liu)過***次側電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)大小成(cheng)正比(bi),***次側電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)方(fang)向改變(bian)輸出(chu)(chu)***性也改變(bian),所以可(ke)(ke)以測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)量交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)和(he)直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),對波形也沒有特(te)別的要求(qiu);適(shi)用(yong)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv)范圍也較寬(kuan)。***般應(ying)用(yong)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu),如變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)上。交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)互(hu)感(gan)(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)只能夠測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)量交(jiao)流(liu)(liu),而且頻(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv)必須是(shi)額(e)定頻(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv),如50Hz互(hu)感(gan)(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)量60Hz誤(wu)差(cha)比(bi)較大,輸出(chu)(chu)信(xin)號不能夠直接進電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)檢測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)。
霍爾傳感器的其他優點還有:
精(jing)(jing)度(du)高:在工作溫度(du)區內精(jing)(jing)度(du)優(you)于1%,該(gai)精(jing)(jing)度(du)適(shi)合(he)于任(ren)何波(bo)形的測量(liang)。而普通互感器***般精(jing)(jing)度(du)為3%至5%且(qie)適(shi)合(he)50Hz正(zheng)弦波(bo)形。
線性(xing)度好(hao):優(you)于0.1%
動(dong)(dong)態(tai)性能(neng)好:響(xiang)應(ying)時間小(xiao)于1μs跟蹤(zong)速度di/dt高(gao)于50A/μs,霍(huo)爾傳感(gan)器模塊這(zhe)種(zhong)優異的動(dong)(dong)態(tai)性能(neng)為(wei)提高(gao)現代控(kong)制系統(tong)(tong)的性能(neng)提供(gong)了關鍵的基礎。與(yu)此相比普通的互感(gan)器響(xiang)應(ying)時間為(wei)10-12ms,它(ta)已不能(neng)適應(ying)工作控(kong)制系統(tong)(tong)發(fa)展的需要。
工作頻(pin)(pin)(pin)帶寬(kuan):在(zai)0-100kHz頻(pin)(pin)(pin)率范(fan)圍(wei)內精(jing)度為1%。在(zai)0-5kHz頻(pin)(pin)(pin)率范(fan)圍(wei)內精(jing)度為0.5%。
測(ce)(ce)量范圍(wei)大:霍爾傳感器(qi)模塊為(wei)系統產品,電(dian)流測(ce)(ce)量可(ke)達50KA,電(dian)壓測(ce)(ce)量可(ke)達6400V。
過載能力(li)強:當(dang)原邊電(dian)流超(chao)負荷,模塊(kuai)達(da)到飽(bao)和,可(ke)自動保護,即使過載電(dian)流是額定值的(de)20倍時,模塊(kuai)也不會損壞。
此外,霍爾傳感(gan)器還具有體積小(xiao)、重(zhong)量輕、靈敏度(du)高、抗電磁(ci)干(gan)擾能力強(qiang)的優點。
