工作原理:
熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)偶或熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)傳感器(qi)(qi)(qi)被溫(wen)度(du)轉換(huan)(huan)成電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)信號,再將(jiang)信號送(song)入(ru)變送(song)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)網絡(luo),該(gai)網絡(luo)包含調(diao)零(ling)和熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)偶補償等相關電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路。經(jing)調(diao)零(ling)后(hou)(hou)的信號輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)到運算放(fang)大器(qi)(qi)(qi)進行信號放(fang)大,放(fang)大的信號一(yi)經(jing)V/I轉換(huan)(huan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)運算處理后(hou)(hou)以DC4-20mA電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)輸(shu)(shu)出;另一(yi)路經(jing)A/D轉換(huan)(huan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)處理后(hou)(hou)到表頭顯示。變送(song)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的線(xian)性(xing)化電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路有(you)兩(liang)種,均(jun)采用(yong)反(fan)饋方(fang)式。對(dui)(dui)熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)傳感器(qi)(qi)(qi),用(yong)正反(fan)方(fang)式校(xiao)正,對(dui)(dui)熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)偶傳感器(qi)(qi)(qi),用(yong)多(duo)段折(zhe)線(xian)逼近法進行校(xiao)正。一(yi)體化數字顯示溫(wen)度(du)變送(song)器(qi)(qi)(qi)LCD顯示的采用(yong)兩(liang)線(xian)制方(fang)式輸(shu)(shu)出。
