一(yi)體(ti)化(hua)智能型溫度變(bian)送(song)器,SBWR-2181/240I集熱(re)電偶或熱(re)電阻(zu)同變(bian)送(song)器為一(yi)體(ti),直接(jie)測量各(ge)種工(gong)業過程(cheng)中(zhong)-200~1600℃范圍內的(de)液體(ti)、蒸汽和氣(qi)體(ti)介(jie)質(zhi)的(de)溫度,將溫度轉(zhuan)變(bian)成與熱(re)電偶、熱(re)電阻(zu)電信(xin)號(hao)成正比的(de)4~20mA統(tong)一(yi)輸出信(xin)號(hao),送(song)顯示、記錄調節(jie)儀表或計算機。作為新一(yi)代的(de)溫度變(bian)送(song)器,它可廣(guang)泛用于冶金、石(shi)油(you)、化(hua)工(gong)、電力(li)、輕工(gong)、紡織(zhi)、食品、國防及科(ke)研等各(ge)部門(men)。

● 采用(yong)硅橡膠或(huo)環(huan)氧樹脂密封結(jie)構,因此(ci)耐震、耐濕,適合(he)在現場環(huan)境(jing)中安(an)裝使用(yong);
● 現場安(an)裝在(zai)熱電(dian)偶(ou),熱電(dian)阻的(de)(de)接(jie)線(xian)盒內使用(yong),直(zhi)接(jie)輸(shu)出4-20mA、0-10mA的(de)(de)輸(shu)出信(xin)號。這樣(yang)既節約了(le)昂貴的(de)(de)補償(chang)導線(xian)費用(yong),又提高了(le)信(xin)號遠距離(li)傳(chuan)輸(shu)過程中的(de)(de)抗干擾能力(li);
● 熱電偶變送器具有冷端自動補(bu)償(chang)功能;精度高、功耗低,使用環境溫度范圍寬,工作穩定可靠;
● 適(shi)用(yong)范圍廣(guang),即可以與熱電(dian)偶,熱電(dian)阻形成一體(ti)化現場安(an)裝結(jie)構,也可以作為(wei)功能模塊安(an)裝在(zai)檢測設(she)備中(zhong)和(he)儀表盤上使用(yong):
工作原理:
熱(re)電(dian)(dian)偶(ou)或熱(re)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)傳感器(qi)被(bei)溫度(du)轉換成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao),再(zai)將信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)送(song)(song)(song)入變(bian)送(song)(song)(song)器(qi)的輸入網絡(luo),該網絡(luo)包含調零(ling)和熱(re)電(dian)(dian)偶(ou)補償等相關電(dian)(dian)路。經(jing)調零(ling)后的信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)輸入到運算放大(da)器(qi)進(jin)行(xing)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)放大(da),放大(da)的信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)一(yi)經(jing)V/I轉換器(qi)運算處理后以DC4-20mA電(dian)(dian)流(liu)輸出(chu);另(ling)一(yi)路經(jing)A/D轉換器(qi)處理后到表頭顯示(shi)。變(bian)送(song)(song)(song)器(qi)的線(xian)性化電(dian)(dian)路有兩種(zhong),均(jun)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)反(fan)饋方式(shi)。對(dui)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)傳感器(qi),用(yong)(yong)(yong)正(zheng)反(fan)方式(shi)校正(zheng),對(dui)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)偶(ou)傳感器(qi),用(yong)(yong)(yong)多段折線(xian)逼(bi)近法進(jin)行(xing)校正(zheng)。一(yi)體化數字顯示(shi)溫度(du)變(bian)送(song)(song)(song)器(qi)LCD顯示(shi)的采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)兩線(xian)制方式(shi)輸出(chu)。
技術參數
1.輸(shu)入(ru)信(xin)號:熱電偶:K、E、J、B、S、T、N;熱電阻:Pt100、Cu50、 Cu100、(三線(xian)制、四線(xian)制),智能(neng)型溫度變送(song)器的(de)輸(shu)入(ru)信(xin)號可通(tong)過PC機或手(shou)操器任(ren)意設置;
2.輸(shu)出信(xin)號:在量程(cheng)范圍內輸(shu)出DC4-20mA電(dian)流信(xin)號,與(yu)熱電(dian)偶(ou)、熱電(dian)阻(zu)的輸(shu)入(ru)信(xin)號成(cheng)線性或(huo)與(yu)溫度(du)成(cheng)線性。智能型溫度(du)變送器輸(shu)出DC4-20mA電(dian)流信(xin)號同(tong)時(shi)疊加符合HART標準協議通信(xin)信(xin)號;
3.基(ji)本誤差:0.5%FS;0.2%FS;智能(neng)型(xing)0.2%FS;
4.接線(xian)方式:二(er)線(xian)制;三線(xian)制;
5.顯(xian)(xian)示方式:四位(wei)(wei)LCD顯(xian)(xian)示溫度(du),智能型四位(wei)(wei)LCD可通過PC機或手(shou)操器(qi)設(she)定使(shi)之顯(xian)(xian)示現場溫度(du),傳感器(qi)值(zhi),輸出電流和(he)百分(fen)比例中的(de)任一種參(can)數;
6.工作電(dian)壓:普通型(xing)12∽35V DC;智能型(xing)12V∽45V DC;額定(ding)工作電(dian)壓為24V DC;
7.允許(xu)負(fu)載電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻:500Ω(24VDC供電(dian)(dian)(dian));極限(xian)負(fu)載電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R(max)=50(Vmin-12),例如在(zai)額定工作電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓24V DC時,負(fu)載電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻可0-600Ω范圍內選擇使用。
