一體化智能型溫度(du)(du)變送(song)(song)器,SBWR-2281/240I 集熱(re)電(dian)偶或熱(re)電(dian)阻(zu)同變送(song)(song)器為一體,直接測量各(ge)種工業過程中-200~1600℃范圍內的液體、蒸汽和氣體介質的溫度(du)(du),將溫度(du)(du)轉(zhuan)變成與(yu)熱(re)電(dian)偶、熱(re)電(dian)阻(zu)電(dian)信(xin)號成正比的4~20mA統一輸(shu)出信(xin)號,送(song)(song)顯示、記錄調節儀表或計算機。它可廣(guang)泛(fan)用(yong)于冶金、石油、化工、電(dian)力、輕工、紡(fang)織(zhi)、食品、國防(fang)及科(ke)研等(deng)各(ge)部門。

● 采用硅橡膠(jiao)或(huo)環氧(yang)樹(shu)脂密封(feng)結構,因此耐(nai)震、耐(nai)濕,適合在(zai)現(xian)場環境中安裝使用;
● 現場(chang)安裝在熱電偶,熱電阻的(de)接(jie)線(xian)(xian)盒內使(shi)用,直接(jie)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)4-20mA、0-10mA的(de)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)信號。這樣既(ji)節約(yue)了昂貴的(de)補償導線(xian)(xian)費(fei)用,又提高了信號遠距(ju)離傳輸(shu)(shu)過(guo)程中的(de)抗干擾(rao)能力;
● 熱電偶變(bian)送器具有冷(leng)端自動補償功能;精度高、功耗低,使用(yong)環境溫(wen)度范圍寬,工作穩定可靠;
● 適用(yong)(yong)范圍廣,即(ji)可(ke)(ke)以(yi)與熱(re)(re)電偶(ou),熱(re)(re)電阻形(xing)成一體化現(xian)場安(an)(an)裝結構,也可(ke)(ke)以(yi)作為(wei)功能模(mo)塊安(an)(an)裝在檢測設備中和儀表盤上使用(yong)(yong):
工作原理:
熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)或熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)傳(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)被溫度轉(zhuan)換成電(dian)(dian)(dian)信(xin)(xin)號(hao),再將信(xin)(xin)號(hao)送入(ru)變(bian)(bian)送器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)輸入(ru)網絡,該(gai)網絡包含(han)調(diao)零和熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)補償等相(xiang)關(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路。經調(diao)零后的(de)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)輸入(ru)到運算放大器(qi)(qi)(qi)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)放大,放大的(de)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)一(yi)經V/I轉(zhuan)換器(qi)(qi)(qi)運算處(chu)(chu)理后以DC4-20mA電(dian)(dian)(dian)流輸出(chu);另一(yi)路經A/D轉(zhuan)換器(qi)(qi)(qi)處(chu)(chu)理后到表頭顯(xian)示(shi)(shi)。變(bian)(bian)送器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)線(xian)(xian)性化電(dian)(dian)(dian)路有兩種(zhong),均采(cai)用(yong)反饋方(fang)式(shi)。對熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)傳(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi),用(yong)正反方(fang)式(shi)校正,對熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)傳(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi),用(yong)多段折(zhe)線(xian)(xian)逼近法(fa)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)校正。一(yi)體化數(shu)字顯(xian)示(shi)(shi)溫度變(bian)(bian)送器(qi)(qi)(qi)LCD顯(xian)示(shi)(shi)的(de)采(cai)用(yong)兩線(xian)(xian)制方(fang)式(shi)輸出(chu)。
技術參數
1.輸入(ru)信(xin)(xin)號:熱(re)電偶:K、E、J、B、S、T、N;熱(re)電阻:Pt100、Cu50、 Cu100、(三線制(zhi)、四線制(zhi)),智能型溫度(du)變(bian)送器的輸入(ru)信(xin)(xin)號可通過PC機或(huo)手操器任意設置(zhi);
2.輸(shu)出(chu)信(xin)(xin)號:在量(liang)程范圍內輸(shu)出(chu)DC4-20mA電(dian)(dian)流信(xin)(xin)號,與(yu)(yu)熱電(dian)(dian)偶、熱電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)的輸(shu)入信(xin)(xin)號成(cheng)線性或(huo)與(yu)(yu)溫(wen)度(du)成(cheng)線性。智能型溫(wen)度(du)變送器輸(shu)出(chu)DC4-20mA電(dian)(dian)流信(xin)(xin)號同時疊加符合HART標準協議(yi)通信(xin)(xin)信(xin)(xin)號;
3.基本誤(wu)差:0.5%FS;0.2%FS;智能型0.2%FS;
4.接線(xian)方(fang)式:二(er)線(xian)制(zhi);三線(xian)制(zhi);
5.顯(xian)示方(fang)式:四位LCD顯(xian)示溫度,智能(neng)型四位LCD可通(tong)過PC機(ji)或手操器設定使之(zhi)顯(xian)示現場溫度,傳感器值,輸出電流和百分比例中的任一種參數;
6.工作電壓:普通型12∽35V DC;智能型12V∽45V DC;額定(ding)工作電壓為24V DC;
7.允許負(fu)(fu)載電(dian)(dian)阻(zu):500Ω(24VDC供電(dian)(dian));極限負(fu)(fu)載電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R(max)=50(Vmin-12),例如(ru)在額定工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)壓24V DC時(shi),負(fu)(fu)載電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)可0-600Ω范圍內(nei)選擇使(shi)用。
